Donnelly Appraisals was incorporated in 1992 specializing in appraisals for residential and small income producing properties. We are comprised of an intimate network of certified licensed real estate appraisers with nearly 35 years of combined experience covering many Maryland counties, as well as Loudoun county and other Northern Virginia counties. Our appraisers strive to provide exemplary and quality service, as well as competitive pricing and turn around. Donnelly Appraisals provides a professional, unbiased appraisal report to be used in making real estate decisions. All reports are prepared with the intention of meeting the Uniform Standards of Professional Practice that governs the appraisal practice. Donnelly Appraisals, Inc. is a standing member of the Metropolitan Regional Informational Systems and the Frederick County Board of Realtors. In addition, we provide appraisals for FHA insured loans. The company's investment in training and technology has helped our customers greatly reduce their workload. We offer our clients on-line appraisal ordering, coupled with automatic report status updates and electronic delivery of the final product in an Adobe PDF format. Ordering appraisals, status reports and relevant appraisal information is only a click away.

While we specialize in providing professional real estate valuation services, appraisal reports are prepared with the precision that the industry demands and cover all major property types. All of our assignments comply with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice.  Consequently, we do not accept assignments with contingencies such as:

  • The amount of the value opinion predetermined or minimum values.
  • The attainment of a stipulated result.
  • The occurrence of a subsequent event directly related to the appraiser’s opinions and specific to the assignment results.
  • Any assignment condition that might encourage, or result in, unethical behavior on the part of the appraiser or third parties.
